Limited Lifetime Warranty: Enlightened Equipment warrants its products (except Garage Sale items) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship to the original owner for the lifetime of the product.
If a warranty claim is validated, we will repair, replace or refund, at our option, damaged products.
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, lost or stolen items, improper care or cleaning (see the cleaning and care section of our website for more details), non-standard usage, negligence or after-market modifications.
“Lifetime of the product” means the lifetime of the components, fabrics and materials of the warrantied product. Materials and components wear out, deteriorate and fade over time, depending on the product’s exposure to the elements and how the product is used and cared for. Our warranty does not cover products that fail or are damaged due to wear and tear.
Garage Sale Items Excluded from our Limited Lifetime Warranty: We sell our prototypes, previous year models, factory seconds and exchanged products as “Garage Sale” items. Garage Sale items are sold as-is and have no warranties, express or implied. Garage Sale purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Garage Sale items may be repaired at our discretion for a reasonable charge. See our Repair Policies.
Return Policy: We offer a 40-day return policy on new items, in like-new condition. The 40-days begins the day we ship the item to you. To return a product, you must call 507.474.6230 or email our Returns Department at email@example.com before mailing your product to us. You must mail your return within 7 days of the return approval. No returns will be accepted without an approval, or if the item was shipped more than 7 days after we approved your return. You can only return an item once per order. You must pay all shipping and handling charges.
Repair Policy: We will repair or replace, at our option, any damaged product covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty, free of charge. If we determine the warrantied item is irrepairable, we will try to replace it with a similar item at our discretion. If we cannot repair or replace the warrantied item, we will issue you a refund for the original purchase price or the last known price if the purchase price cannot be determined. If a refund is issued more than 60 days from the original order date, you may be required to setup a Paypal account to receive the funds.
We will try to repair any damaged product not covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty for a reasonable charge. You must pay any shipping and handling charges associated with repairs of non-warrantied items.
All items sent in for repair must be accompanied by a copy of your return request email.
Processing Time: We manufacture most of our products in-house. We will give you an estimated lead time for any item we intend to repair or replace.
